摘 要: | 文章讨论了应用微波GaAs FET和微波二极管实现的微波功放线性化器。首先介绍了一些已有的FET线性化器;然后给出了一种新型的由GaAs FET和微波二极管共同实现的线性化器电路,并由Agilent ADS软件仿真;最后给出了微带实现的实际电路。这种线性化器具有可调节性强、适用范围广等特点,便于工程应用。

Abstract: | A new type of linearizer using GaAs FET and Schottky diode is presented. This work pro- vides the circuit of the linearizer after the introduction of some examples that have been reported. Simulated by Agilent ADS. Then, A Microstrip circuit for this linearizer is presented. This product has some advanta- ges, such as easy to tuning. |
