国际大城市发展都市型工业的模式与经验

发展都市型工业是城市产业结构调整和工业布局优化的必然要求,也是促进城市可持续发展,防止出现各种"城市病"的必然选择。国际诸多大城市在工业化过程中发展了比较成熟的都市型工业,并积累了丰富的实践经验,而我国都市型工业起步较晚,对于如何发展都市型工业仍然在摸索之中。文章通过分析代表性城市都市型工业发展的经验,论证了都市型工业存在的必要性以及它的主要特点,认为发展都市型工业有助于解决就业问题、满足人们个性化需要,提高企业的技术含量和产品附加值。在都市型工业发展过程中,各地区政府除了通过调查研究,确定本地区的发展方向和重点行业外,还需要在政策、资金和服务上给予企业扶持和帮助。

Study on Form and International Experience of the Development of Urban Industry

The development of urban industrial in urban industrial structure adjustment and optimization of industrial layout inevitable requirement.Many international cities in the industrialization process of the development of the city of more mature industries.And they have accumulated a wealth of practical experience and industrial city in China started late,how to develop the city-based industry,the various major cities in China are still probing attempts.Based on the analysis of urban industry,this paper has demonstrated the necessity of existence of urban industry and disclosed its main characteristics.And then aggregate principal industrial city-development model and the relevant experience,with a view to major cities in the domestic industrial city health,stable development.
