空中交通流量信息发布系统数据规划研究

由于缺乏对空中交通信息的共享,在空中交通流量不断增长的状况下,一方面管制员的负荷不断增加,另一方面造成空域资源的浪费和大量的航班延误,所以有必要建立空中交通流量信息发布系统向民航各部门发布统一的信息.数据库是信息发布系统的核心,所以对数据进行规划是数据库建设的基础性工作.参考美国的空中交通管制系统指挥中心(ATCSCC)的信息发布系统的相关内容,对我国的空中交通流量信息发布系统的数据规划进行了研究,建立了系统的业务模型,分析绘制了系统数据流程图,说明了系统数据模型的建立过程.
