| 摘 要： | 我国城市基层社会治理模式历经变迁,政府主导型社区自治模式仍是当前及今后相当长一段时期我国城市社区治理的基本模式,这一模式的存在有一定的必然性和合理性。然而从长远来看,城市社区居民自治是社区治理模式的未来发展方向,所以在这一渐进过渡阶段,我们应借鉴国外城市社区治理的实践经验,对当前政府主导型的社区治理模式进行调整,进行符合中国国情的改良和创新。
