Study on Pilot Student's Dormitory Culture Construction with Professional Feature

Quasi-militarization-standard management is the mode of civil aviation schools in pi-lot student management according to the profession characteristics of civil aviation flight.Dormitory culture not only is the important medium of Quasi-militarization-standard management,but also the important content of campus culture construction.Strengthening the pilot student＇s dormitory culture construction has significance for bringing up high quality pilots.This paper discusses the general goal,detailed requirements and implementation pathways of pilot students＇ dormitory culture construction,and introduces the initial achievements in practice.
