摘    要:高校辅导员招聘缺乏明确的标准和统一的手段,传统的辅导员招聘分为政策导向型和胜任力导向型两种模式,但都存在较多的局限性,引入逆向工程思维,则有利于招聘标准的构建、招聘过程的控制和招聘结果的评估。基于逆向工程思维,以解构优秀辅导员特质建立招聘范本,以辅导员现实工作情境改良招聘内容,可构建更具现实性、操作性的招聘模式。

Abstract:College councelors’ recruitment lacks clear standards and unified approach.Traditional counsellors’ recruitment involves the policy-oriented and competency-oriented modes,but both have many limitations.Then the introduction of reverse engineering thinking is in favour of the construction of recruitment standards,the control of recruitment process,and the evaluation of recruitment results.Based on reverse engineering thinking,a more realistic and operational recruitment model will be built by establishing recruitment model while deconstructing the excellent councelors’ traits,and by improving recruitment contents according to councelors’real work situations,.
