| 摘 要： | 本文以Ｊ８机和航空标准件工装的设计数据为基础，对组合冲模可替代的项目进行了筛选，根据一些零件的组合冲模应用情况对推广组冲技术的经济效益进行了粗略的分析，认为在飞行机体制造中应用组织冲模能够有效地缩短新机研制和试制周期，降低成本，并对增强航空企业在国际市场中的竞争能力有重要意义。

| Abstract: | the basis of statistical figures about the technical tools of fighter J8 and aeronautical standard parts, this paper gives a selection of the proects that substitute assem bling dies for genera dies. According to the applications of several typical assembling dies, a superficial analysis of the economic effectiveness is given, and a conclusion has been derived that with the application of assembling dies in the aircraft manufactuting processes the trail manufacture and develop period can be much shorter, the cost can be reduced effectively, it is of great significance to the aeronautical enterprises to strengthen competitive power in the international market. |
