真空容器大门法兰结构设计及优化

摘    要:真空容器大门法兰是空间环境模拟器容器系统实现真空密封的关键件。根据功能要求和结构特点,文章分析了真空容器大门法兰的应力状态和强度设计方法。在此基础上,建立了大门法兰优化设计模型,应用有限元法对不同结构模型进行分析和评估,确定了大门法兰的改进设计方案。工程实践表明,通过对大门法兰进行优化设计,提高了结构设计质量,使大型空间环境模拟器容器更为合理、可靠和经济。

Abstract:Door flange is the critical part of the vacuum chamber of a space environment simulator. The stress analysis and the design method of the door flange are discussed in this paper. Optimized design models of the door flange are proposed. By the use of the finite element method, different models are analyzed and evaluated, and the best structure for the door flange is chosen. Engineering applications show that the optimizing design can improve the quality of the product structure as well as the reliability and the economy of the space environment simulator.
