| Abstract: | This paper presents a new overview on monitoring the serviceable status of turbine engines, The processes of condition monitoring employ methods based on different principles to track the engine performance and mechanical failure modes. The paper also suggests the type of experience needed to translate monitor data into accurate maintenance recommendations for use by the airline operator. |
