碳化硅铝基复合材料的应用与加工

摘    要:文中就近年来国内外对碳化硅铝基复合材料的研究、应用和加工进行综述,并就碳化硅铝基复合材料在中国航天仪器产品上的应用、测试状况进行了分析。主要内容包括:碳化硅铝基复合材料的制备、材料性能的对比分析、力学试验内容和结果、热平衡试验分析。并详细地介绍了这种材料的机械加工和热处理方法。此外还结合国外对碳化硅铝基复合材料的研究应用现状,提出了这种材料在中国航空航天高科技领域应用发展前景的看法。

Abstract:This article sums up the application and process of SiC/Al composite materials in recent years. It analyses the application and test results of SiC/Al composite materials used on one national space equipment, which mainly includes the preparation of SiC/Al composite materials, the contrast analysis, test results of mechanical test and the analysis of thermal equilibrium test. It also introduces the mechanical process and heat-treated method of the SiC/Al composite materials. On the analysis of application status of foreign countries, this paper points out the development tendency of SiC/Al composite materials in the aerospace field of our country.
