摘    要:点蚀失效是高速齿轮传动的常见破坏形式。以往点蚀监测只能采用离线的监测手段根据对齿面磨损颗粒的分析做出结论。本文通过对齿轮点蚀过程的监测研究,初步发现:在一定条件下,润滑油会在高温齿面的微观空穴中汽化,形成汽泡。汽化程度与齿面温度及磨损状态有关。齿面点蚀产生麻点导致齿面汽化核心增多;同时使齿面摩擦温度升高。这些都反映到润滑油的汽化(泡)率的变化中。根据齿面的汽化规律,本文相应地提出齿轮点蚀状态的一种新的在线监测方法,应用这种方法,可以准确可靠地诊断齿轮等摩擦零副件点蚀以及其他磨损类故障。

Abstract:Pitting is an ordinary failure mode of high speed gearing. It is monitored previously only with off-line methods which are based on the analysis of debris weared. In this paper it is proposed according to the experiments on gearing that the lubricant can be evaporated at the small pits on the tooth flank of high temperature. The evaporation is affected by temperature and wearing condition of gear tooth flank. The degree of bubbling in lubricant is changed with pitting development, which leads to the formation of evaporated bubbles and the increase of frictional heat. So a new method for on-line monitoring the pitting conditions of gearing is proposed on the basis of the evaporation rule. Wearing failures of ordinary machine elements can be also monitored accurately and reliably with this method.
