| Abstract: | Facing principles of the military assistant decision-making requirement, transformation model of uncertainty between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression, the normal cloud model was ntroduced. Integrating fuzziness and randomness, the model reasoned possible Target Position of the enemy naval vessel, which was striked by missiles launched . |
