摘    要:针对导弹状态评估过程主观性强、结论简单粗放等问题,提出 1种基于组合赋权-改进理想解法(TOPSIS)的导弹状态评估方法。首先,深入分析导弹状态影响因素,构建导弹状态评估指标体系;然后,综合运用模糊层次分析法与熵权法计算各指标的组合权重,提出通过导弹状态标准参数来确定 TOPSIS模型的正、负理想解,并将正、负理想解的距离划分为 3个区间,通过计算,对导弹状态进行评价与排序,从而实现导弹状态的精细化评估;最后,通过算例验证了评估方法的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem such as strong subjectivity in the process and simplicity in the conclusion of missile condi.tion, the missile condition assessment method based on combined weighting and improved TOPSIS is put forward. Firstly,the influence factors of missile condition are analyzed thoroughly and the assessment index system of missile condition isconstructed. Then, the combined weights of assessment indictors are calculated by FAHP and entropy weight method, thepositive and negative ideal solutions of TOPSIS model are defined by missile condition standard parameters, and the dis.tance between positive and negative ideal solutions is divided to three regions. The missile condition is appraised and sortedby calculation, a refined assessment of missile condition is realized. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the method areproved by an example.
