Abstract:Reliability modeling methods based on stochastic processes such as Wiener process, Gamma process and In.verse Gaussian (IG) process are gradually applied in equipment reliability assessment. For the three types of stochastic pro.cess models considering random effects, the applications of models in the cases of one-dimensional performance degrada.tion modeling, binary performance degradation modeling, accelerated degradation modeling and competitive failure model.ing are reviewed, and future research directions are prospected. The research has a guiding significance for perfecting thetheory of reliability modeling and improving the accuracy of reliability assessment.
