摘    要:为了将人体模型运用于汽车开发,引入了损失函数的概念并开发了姿势函数。有关姿势的‘损失’是测定各种姿势下所感到的不适度而给出的定义。按膝盖、臀部(身躯)、肩膀、肘部4个关节各导出了损失函数,而且为了预测驾驶员可能综合地感到的姿势不适度以各个损失函数值为独立变量导出了姿势函数。在对姿势不适度的推定正确度方面评价导出函数的适应性结果,已确认了能得出与实际值非常相似的值,有望应用于车辆的设计。

Abstract:Ergonomic human models are regarded as an effective tool for the evaluation of ergonomic factors in the vehicle design process.Although studies on driver's posture have been carried out for the last few decades,there are still a few problems for the posture data to be applied directly to the human model due to the lacking of fitness because such studies were carried out without considering such applications.In this study,a postural discomfort function was developed not by category data but by the concept of the loss function in quality engineering.The loss was defined as the discomfort in driver's posture and measured by the magnitude estimation technique in the experiment using a seating buck.Four loss functions for each joint part-knee,hip,shoulder,and elbow-were developed and a whole-body postural discomfort function was constructed by the regression analysis using these loss functions as independent factors.The developed postural discomfort function showed a good prediction power for the driver's discomfort in the validation test.It is expected that the driver's postural discomfort function based on the loss function can be used to the vehicle design process through human models.
