主体性视域下的农村文化困境及化解

农民是农村文化建设的主体,关乎农村文化的繁荣与发展.而当我们把目光聚焦于农村文化建设时,农民主体力量的虚弱化、农民主体地位的架空化、农民主体能动性的遮蔽化等主体性困境却客观存在.对这种困境的审视和把脉,应置于我国城乡二元体制的对立化、农村社会的分层化、农民精神需求的多元化和农村文化绩效考核的偏离化四个维度.通过宣传和教育激发农民文化建设的应有自觉,构建保护和发展农民主体性的文化平台,建立和完善科学的农村文化建设绩效考核体系,是化解这种困境的可行对策.

On Subjective Difficulties and Countermeasures in China Rural Cultural Construction

The peasant is the main body of rural culture construction, which affects the prosperity and develop- ment of rural culture. But when we focus on the cultural construction in rural areas, difficulties of subjectivity including weakening of subjective power, the overhead of subjective dominant position and the shielding of subjective dynamics exist objectively. Grasping these difficulties, we＇ d better take urban - rural dualistic sys- tem, stratification of rural society, diversification of peasants＂ spiritual needs and the deviation from perform- ance appraisal into consideration.
