农村人力资本开发影响农业发展的省际差异——基于中部省份的面板数据

中国中部地区大多为农业省份,农村人力资源相对丰富.农村人力资本开发对农业发展影响的省际差异如何,值得深入研究.基于中部地区各省份1990～2011年的相关数据,将农村人力资本开发指标与C-D生产函数相结合,运用Stata软件就中部省份农村人力资本开发影响农业经济发展的差异进行实证分析.结果发现：中部各省区农村人力资本开发对农业发展的产出效率不尽相同,山西、江西两省农村健康人力资本开发效率高于中部地区的其他省份,安徽、河南的农村教育人力资本开发收益较高；湖南、湖北在教育与健康人力资本开发上的产出效率均处于中间状态.因此中部省份的农村人力资本开发策略应各有侧重.

The Effects of Rural Human Capital Development on Agricultural Development

It is obviously that Rural human capital development is the positive factor on the agricultural devel- opment . Central China mostly agricultural province and rural human resources relatively abundant. This paper establishes the rural human capital evelopment indicators combined with C-D production function, the inter- provincial differences of the effects based on central China 1990 -2011 provincial data by using econometric software. The results of the study show the difference of rural human capital development have significant effect on the difference of agricultural economic growth in central China , however, compared with the rural capital accumulation, the influence of the difference development of human capital in education and health is weak, meanwhile, rural human capital development is remarkable inter - provincial difference of agricultural economic growth in central China.
