| 摘 要： | 描述了天气退化图像形成的原因,及其复原原理,并基于大气调制传递函数建立了图像退化的物理模型,阐述了大气调制传递函数及其两个分量湍流调制传递函数和气溶胶调制传递函数的预测方法,利用得到的大气调制传递函数的估计值,对天气退化图像进行复原,仿真结果表明了该方法能够有效地对天气退化图像进行复原.

| Abstract: | This paper show the reasons of forming the atmospheriacally blurred image and the principle of recoving it,and we make the physical model of blurred image based on atmospheriacally modulation transfer function.We expounds the predicting method about the atmospherically modulation transfer function and the two terms of it,turbulence modulation transfer function and aerosol modulation transfer function.Then we use the prediction of atmospherically modulation transfer function to recover the atmospherically blurred image.The emulation resultion shows that this method is effective. |
