摘    要:本文介绍了能完成离心压气机气动设计、数控加工制造的计算机辅助设计和制造一体化系统 ,特别是建立了一套适用于四坐标数控加工的设计和加工计算方法。为开发高性能新产品 ,缩短研制周期 ,提供了一套实用系统软件。本方法也可用于涡轮和轴流压气机叶片及模具等曲面的设计加工

Abstract:A system for integrating design and manufacture of centrifugal compressor by CAD/CAM is established which includes blade design,machining coordinates transformation,blade profilling in arbitrary section,checking coordinate calculation.Especially,a set of design and calculation methods is provided for manufacturing turbomachines by four-axis numerically controlled machining center.The integration system can be used on microcomputer.The system has been applied successfully to designing and machining centrifugal compressors in a factory.It is proven that the system is practical,flexible,reliable and it can cut down the time of design and manufacture with high quality.
