滚动轴承的几何常数和故障特征倍频的估计方法

摘    要:提出了几何常数的概念.通过对轴承几何关系的分析和对1274个型号的轴承参数的统计发现,同系列轴承的几何常数小范围波动,近似为常数,不同系列却有较大差异.确定了7个基本类型的滚动轴承共45个系列的几何常数.建立了基于几何常数、滚动体个数和轴承系列的滚动轴承局部内环、外环故障特征倍频的估计方法.只需已知轴承类型和滚动体个数,就可得到相应的特征倍频,为滚动轴承故障诊断提供了有效的途径.

Abstract:Geometry number was introduced in this paper.According to the geometry relationship of rolling element bearing and the statistics of 1274 bearing models,it was found that bearing geometry number of bearings of the same series of is relatively constant,but it is quite different for different series of bearing.Geometry numbers of 45 series can be classified to 7 basic types.A method to estimate characteristic octave frequencies of defect in inner race and outer race was introduced.The method is based on numbe...
