| 摘 要： | 高职酒店管理专业创新人才素质包括创新意识、创新思维、创新知识、创新能力与创新人格等内容,其内涵构成要素分别有三个层面,即思想道德素质层面、专业素质层面和身心素质层面.目前我国高职酒店管理专业创新人才素质培养还存在着诸多问题,为此阐述了几种高职酒店管理专业人才素质培养路径.
