摘    要:采用含能粘合剂TGAP,TBAMO,增塑剂BTTN和AZPL-4以及氧化剂HNIW组成一种新型的无铝无氯推进剂,从理论上对这种高能高密度材料的组成的推进剂的能量特性、工艺性能、燃烧性能及安全性能作了分析和评估。结果表明,对于HNIW含量为84%的配方,AZPL-4或BTTN为7%时,其理论比冲分别为255s和258s,密度分别为1.887g/cm3和1.912g/cm3,氧系数大于1.1;用少量的铝粉代替HNIW,其理论比冲、密度明显上升;84%固体含量的推进剂仍可采用现有浇注装药工艺。由此可见,这类仅由C,H,O,N四种元素组成的推进剂的氧系数较高,可制成有较好综合性能的低信号特征复合团体推进剂。

Abstract:The minimum signature solid propellants containing energetic binder TGAP orTBAMO,plasticizers AZPL-4 or BTTN and oxider HNIW are discussed in this paper .Theenergetic performance ,processing technology , burning behaviour ,mechanical property are paper .Thetheoretically ,The results shows that the specific impulse fo this propellants is 255 s or 258 s,thedensity is 1. 887 g/cm3 or 1. 912g/cm3,when the solid content of HNIW is 84%,the plastcizer PAZPL-4 or BTTN is 7% and the oxygen coefficient is more than 1.1, The theoretical specific impulse increases significatly when low aluminium content used to replace HNIW .So thepropellants containing high energy -density materials (HEDM) in the paper are the most promisingminimum signature composite solid propellants .
