摘    要:利用ADAMS软件的柔体动力学计算功能,将ADAMS和PATRAN/NASTRAN软件联合,建立太阳翼地面展开及锁定仿真模型,从太阳翼展开初始就考虑连接架和基板的弹性,以及地面各影响因素的影响,对太阳翼地面展开锁定过程进行连续的仿真计算,得到了对驱动机构的冲击载荷等动力学性能.分析方法得到了试验的验证.其后,给出了太阳...

Abstract:A simulation model for solar array ground deployment and locking is proposed with the combination of ADAMS and PATRAN/NASTRAN,based on the ADAMS’s function of dynamics analysis of the flexible body.The flexibility of yoke and panels is considered at the beginning of the deployment.Concerning all the ground factors,the ground deployment and locking process is simulated constantly,and the dynamics properties,such as the impact load on solar array drive assembly,are obtained.Ground experiment has demonstrated effectiveness of the proposed approach.Then,the simulation results of solar array space deployment and locking are presented.Finally,the effects of the air resistance,the friction of the suspension system and other factors on the impact load are investigated with the simulation model.
