航空电子设备直接维修成本预计方法

直接维修成本(DMC)是衡量飞机维修经济性的关键指标。整架机的DMC可以分解为各部件的DMC。介绍了航空电子设备DMC分析和控制系统,阐述了国内航电设备供应商DMC预计方面的问题,针对经验数据匮乏的问题,根据产品可靠性、维修性参数,结合航电设备的特点,提出了一种航电设备DMC预计方法。实验证明,方法不依赖于经验数据,可以较准确的预测实际DMC,适用于DMC系统运行的早期阶段。

Prediction Method for Direct Maintenance Cost of Avionics

Direct maintenance cost （ DMC） is the key indicator to measure the economy of aircraft mainte-nance .DMC of entire aircraft could be divided into DMC of aircraft components .This paper first intro-duces the DMC analysis and control system of avionics , and illustrates DMC prediction is the basis of DMC analysis and control .Then,the problems of DMC prediction for domestic avionics supplier are pres-ented.Finally,in view of the problem of lack empirical data ,a DMC prediction method of avionics is pro-posed according to the reliability and maintainability parameters of the products , and combined with the features of avionics .Experimental results show that this method does not rely on empirical data and can more accurately predict the actual DMC .This method is suitable for the early stages of DMC system .
