| 摘 要： | 对高校教学与科研这两个看似矛盾的问题的关系进行了讨论，指出，一般高校固然要把教学工作置于首位，但科研是提高教学质量和水平的关键所在，只有把科研搞上去，才能真正保证教学的首要地位。
