| 摘 要： | 本文第一部的要提醒人们历史上的文化遗产往往在现实社会的各个领域广泛保存着，不了解现实，很难研究历史；第二部分讲中国没有走向资本主义道路的原因，主要是中国的古代社会结构决定着中国社会的不同走向；第三，日本走向资本主义的原因，是日本古代社会结构和中国有很大差别，所以，走了不同的道路。

| Abstract: | The frist part of the paper in the main reminds people that cultural heritages handed down from histo diffcult to study history without a clear idea of the society of today.The se cond part states that the reason why China did not take the capitalist road mainly lies in the fact that her ancient social structure determined her society to go in a different direction.The third part states that the main reason for Japan to take the capitalist road lies in the fact that Japan had an ancient social structure greatly different from that of China. |
