粉末冶金涡轮盘的应用及寿命研究

摘    要:介绍粉末冶金轮盘在国外的实际应用情况。以美国Rene95粉末冶金涡轮盘为例,综述了国内外对粉末冶金盘合金材料力学特性、疲劳寿命、裂纹扩展特性研究的成果,并对涡轮盘的应力分析技术以及寿命研究发展进行了评述。提出了我国粉末冶金涡轮盘寿命研究的重点和方向。

Abstract:Since powder metallurgy(PM)turbine disks hav ehigh yield strength and excellent property of resistance to fatigue and creep,they have been applied broadly in the most advanced engines at pressent in the world.As the thrust-to-weight ratio increases,the PM turbine disks will be developed in our country.At first,this paper makes a general survey of the application of the PM turbine disks.Then a review is made for the material properties,fatigue life,crack propagation,and stress analysis of PM turbine disks.Finally,so meresearch projects of the PM turbine disks fatigue life,which should be conducted in our country,are suggested.
