| 摘 要： | 角位置定位误差是定位定向设备标定转台的重要指标,其检测方法已有相关的标准可供参考。从不同的检测角度提出一种新的检测和数据处理方法,可有效解决转台产品安装面的实际角位置定位误差检测的问题。

| Abstract: | Angular accuracy measurement is of critical importance for calibration of rotary table, which is the detective devise for many orientation equipments. Although there are ready references to ask, brings forward a new method for measurement and data processing which can effectively figure out the angular error of mounting surface of rotary table. |
