| Abstract: | In the present study, convective motion of an incompressible viscous fluid in the geometrically anisotropic zone with the lower boundary cooled by a localized point source is considered. The existence of closed isolines for the pressure, counter-current flows in the fluid and localization of thermal layer near the free surface is shown. |
