| 摘 要： | MD-82客机客舱门驱动器电机是发生故障率较高的一个部件,剖析了电机的电磁结构及绕组的联接形式,给出了电机的电路原理图,分析了当电机运行时容易发生故障的部位,并指出最容易被烧毁的部位是制动器绕组。从理论上对于制动器为什么容易烧毁做了较全面的论述,并给出了测定磁钢失磁的基本方法。

| Abstract: | Cabin door driving motor of MD-82has a high fault probability.This paper exam-ines the electromagnetic structure and winding connection pattern of the motor,gives a cir cuit diagram,analyses the places subject to failure.It points out that the likeliest to be easily burnt down is the brake winding,and accounts for that theoretically.This paper also pre sents the basic method to test dismagnetization of magnetic steel. |
