基于UG平台的数控电解加工工艺过程模拟

摘    要:以某型整体叶轮数控电解加工为例,基于UG软件平台,通过二次开发实现其加工工艺过程的模拟,验证数控轨迹,检查工件和阴极间的间隙以及判断是否发生干涉,为数控代码和阴极设计的改进提供依据,减少试验次数。

Abstract:Take an example of numerically controlled electrochemical machining of a integral impeller,based on the platform of UG,the simulation of the machining process is achieved via secondary development,the NC track is checked,the clearance between the workpiece and cathode is estimated,and interference is detected,which provide information for the modification of NC code and cathode,and the times of experiment are reduced.
