摘    要:对某双级跨声轴流风扇进行了全三维数值模拟,计算的总性能曲线和试验曲线得到了很好地吻合.通过对该风扇内部流场的详细分析,从叶顶分离、顶部间隙流导致的阻塞以及静叶端区的流动阻塞三个方面逐步排查了影响风扇流动稳定性的因素.最后得出静叶2叶根角区分离和叶中附面层分离形成的低能流体是影响该双级跨声风扇流动失稳的关键因素.

Abstract:3D flow field simulation was conducted on a two-stage transonic fan stage. The simulated fan stage performance was greatly matched with the experimental performance. Blade Tip Separation, Blade Tip Leakage blocking effect, and the Stator Corner Separation were checked for filtering out the possible cause of incepting fan stage stall. Based on this study, the root cause responsible for the stall was finally concluded as the stator corner separation, combined with the mid-span boundary separation on the second stage.
