基于北斗的连续运行卫星定位综合服务平台设计及其应用

面向北斗导航卫星系统的应用,提出建设基于北斗的连续运行卫星定位综合服务平台(BeidouCORS),该平台具有多种工作模式,是北斗导航卫星系统重要的地面应用和有效补充。给出了平台的总体框架结构和通信链路的设计方案,论述了RTK,RTD和PPP等多种服务模式下的系统工作流程,介绍了参考站、控制与数据中心和数据处理算法等关键部分的建设。基于提出的平台建设框架,结合上海区域特点,给出了上海北斗连续运行卫星定位综合服务平台的示范应用,并设想了平台未来的发展和应用前景。

A Beidou Continuously Operating Reference System Design and Its Application

As an important ground application and an effective complement of Beidou navigation satellite system, a Beidou continuously operating reference system（Beidou-CORS）was proposed in this paper. Beidou-CORS had multiply operation modes, which was the important ground application and effective supplement for Beidou navigation satellite system. The frame structure of Beidou-CORS and design of communication links were given out. The working flow for multiply working modes, involving RTK, RTD and PPP etc were descried. The construction of reference station, control and data center, data processing algorithms were introduced respectively. According to the characters of Shanghai city, a Shanghai Beidou-CORS demonstration project was carried out and its future developing possible were also discussed.
