| 摘 要： | 针对某产品导向圆柱断裂问题,结合其结构和受力情况,从产品材料本身缺陷、加工质量、出厂调试和入厂验收解锁、总装测试操作、运输保管等不同的角度进行了深入分析和阐述,对问题产生原因、排故过程进行了思考,提出了行之有效的解决措施,消除了安全隐患,其分析方法可供其它产品质量问题分析时借鉴。
