液-固挤压铝基复合材料动态系统建模方法

摘    要: 液态浸渗挤压是一种可以由液态金属直接成形复合材料管、棒、型材的新工艺,针对该工艺过程参数和成形过程难于控制的现存问题,在对其辨识建模特点进行深入分析的基础上,采用基于U-D分解的非线性模型和参数在线估计方法,辨识出液-固挤压铝基复合材料过程的动态模型。实验结果表明,该方法可以提高模型和参数在线估计的计算效率和数值稳定性,辨识模型能很好地反映系统的动态特性,说明该在线估计方法工程应用的有效性,同时也为液-固挤压复合材料工艺的实际应用和过程控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:As a new developed forming technique for composites, the liquid infiltration and liquid-solid extrusion process can produce composite tubes,bars,and other shaped products directly from liquid metals.However,the matching and controlling of its process parameters are difficult.In order to overcome the difficulties in controlling the liquid-solid extruding the composite process,the dynamic model is identified using U-D factorization nonlinear model and parameter on-line estimation,which is proposed on the bases of the profound analysis of the characteristics of the identification modeling.The experimental results show that this method can increase the computational efficiency and numerical stabilities of the model and on-line estimation.The identification model reflects the dynamic performance of the system.The validness of the on-line estimation in the engineering application is also illustrated through the experimental results.The investigation of this article estabilishes the base for the practical use and process control of liquid-solid extruding composite process.
