摘    要:单轴柔性滚弯是一种新型的型材滚弯技术。介绍了单轴柔性滚弯的工作原理,建立了U型材单轴柔性滚弯三维有限元模型,成功模拟了U型材成形与回弹过程,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明有限元仿真可以代替部分复杂实验;利用仿真结果详细分析了型材滚弯回弹半径的影响因素,给出了滚轮压入量、滚轮直径、橡胶硬度、型材尺寸和型材材料与回弹半径的关系,对实际滚弯工艺参数的选取具有指导意义。

Abstract:One-axle rotary shaping with elastic pad(RSEP) is a novel forming process of section.The principle of one-axle RSEP is described and the three-dimensional finite element method(FEM) model of the U-section one-axle bending is built.The model is used to simulate the whole process of U-section forming and the resilience.The FEA result is compared with that of the practical experiment.The result proves that the FEA can replace part of the complex experiments.The parameters influencing the U-section resilience r...
