低地板城市客车平顺性仿真研究

摘    要:根据随机振动理论,本文建立了低地板城市客车的七自由度整车动力学系统模型,对车辆的振动响应进行了频域分析。并结合当前最新的车辆乘坐舒适性评价标准ISO2631-1:1997(E),以“综合振动舒适度”为行驶平顺性评价指标,通过设置不同车速及车辆上不同位置的权值,来考虑整车的行驶平顺性。且探讨了前、后悬架的刚度与阻尼对综合振动舒适度的影响,计算出最佳的阻尼参数,从而提高了客车的行驶平顺性。其所开发的计算程序,可用于同类车型的行驶平顺性评价或预测。

Abstract:The whole vehicle dynamics model with 7 degrees of freedom of lower floor city bus is built based on the random vibration theory,and the vibration response is analyzed in frequency domain.Referencing theLatest international standard ISO2631-1:1997(E),a parameter named synthetical vibration comfort is adopted to estimate the running performance by weighting the running performances of different velocities and different positions on the vehicle.The effects on the whole vehicle running performance of the parameters of stiffness and damping of the front and rear suspension forks are discussed,and the optimum parameters of damping are calculated to improve running performance. The program for this study can be used to estimate or predicte the running performance of the homogeneous vehicles.
