离心压缩机系统喘振的实验研究

摘    要:在一个小型低压离心压缩机喘振实验台上,针对不同储气槽容积、不同转速和不同阀门开度的各流量工况,对离心压缩系统的喘振现象进行了观察。介绍了使用示波器观察热线信号判断系统中倒流发生的方法,可用于实时地监测深度喘振的发生,同时,还对各种工况下的喘振形态及性能变化进行了实验观测。

Abstract:In a facility of low speed centrifugal compression system,observations on surge have been accomplished under yaned volume of plenum, Yaned rotational speed and varied flowrate.A method of identifying the reversed flow in the system,which is to use oscilloscope to observe the signal of hot wire,has been discussed. By the present method,the operation state of deep surge can be recognized in ireal time'.In the experiments,the surge types and time ayeraged characteristics under several flowrate have also been measured and discussed.
