水解酸化-好氧处理光学仪器生产废水试验研究

摘    要:采用水解酸化-好氧工艺对光学仪器生产废水进行试验研究。结果表明,该工艺可有效地处理光学仪器生产废水。当进水CODcr浓度为530—900mg/L时,水解酸化出水达148—376mg/L,再经过好氧处理后出水可达45~115mg/L,总的CODcr去除率在86.2%以上。明显优于单一好氧处理出水水质。

Abstract:The research on the treatment of the wastewater produced by optics shows that it is effective to treat wastewater produced by optics by hydrolytic-acidification aerobic process. When inlet CODCr concentration of optics wastewater varied from 530 to 900 mg/L, outlet CODCr concentration of hydrolytic-acidification and aerobic process was 148 - 376 mg/L and 45 - 115 mg/L respectively. The gross ratio of CODCr removal was higher than 86.2% and was better than single aerobic process.
