(石墨+纳米SiC_p)/Cu基复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金法制备(Gr+纳米SiCp)/Cu基复合材料,研究了不同球磨时间和球磨转速对球磨效果的影响,得到最佳球磨时间和速度为8小时和300r/min。球磨后在1143K和200MPa下采用热压烧结法处理2h,然后在1143K下进行热挤压,挤压比16∶1。采用SEM和TEM研究了不同石墨含量烧结态和挤压态复合材料的微观组织,测试了不同石墨含量的热挤压态复合材料的抗压强度。

Abstract:Metal matrix composites(MMCs) of(Gr+Nano-SiCp)/Cu can be prepared directly by powder metallurgy.The optimized time and the speed of ball milling are 8 hours and 300r/min.After ball milling,the mixed powder can be formed by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) at about 1143K and 200MPa for 2 hours and then be extruded at 1143K with the squeeze ratio 16 ∶ 1.The Microstructure of the material sintered and extruded are observed by using SEM and TEM.The bending strengths of MMCs with different content of graphite and nano-SiCp are tested.
