摘    要:硼的添加增强了晶界的结合力 ,使合金相界面的位错组态改变 ,提高了持久断裂寿命 ;硼的添加细化晶粒 ,增加界面数 ,使持久寿命下降。Ni3Al定向凝固横向试样持久性能不稳定与取样位置有关

Abstract:The effects of boron content and transverse specimens on the stress rupture property at high temperatures of directionally solidified(DS)Ni 3Al alloy have been investigated. The addition of boron induces grain boundary strengthening and the change of dislocation configuration, which improves the stress rupture life at high temperatures of DS Ni 3Al. On the other hand,the addition of boron fines the structure and increases the number of grain boundaries. The instability of the stress rupture property at high temperatures of DS NI 3Al transverse specimens is dependent on the sampling position.
