摘    要:分析阻碍教育科研成果向实际应用转化的三个主要因素:教育科研成果自身、教育实践工作者、当前的学术管理体制。指出加强教育科研成果的针对性、可读性、可操作性,强化广大教育实践工作者的理论意识和理论修养,改革人事考核和学术考评制度,才能使教育科研成果真正落实到教育实践中,真正对我国教育实践产生指导作用。

Abstract:This paper has analyzed three main factors of hindering the educational scientific findings from transforming to practical application: educational scientific findings, educational practical workers, and present academic management system. And it also points out that only if the pertinence, readability and effectiveness of the scientific findings in education are strengthened, the theory consciousness and theory training of the masses of educational practical workers are strengthened as well as personnel check - up system and academic assessment are reformed, the educational scientific findings might be really implemented in educational practice and the guidance to educational practice in China might be realized.
