| Abstract: | In this paper, the major breakthrough and achievement of the sensor technology are introduced, and it generalizes development trends, which are high precision, micro-miniaturization, micro-power consumption, passive, intelligence and high reliability, etc. the domestic major gaps of the sensor technology are pointed out and the corresponding countermeasures are given. |
