设备外形与布局优化的关系

摘    要:目前国内航天器研制中,各分系统单机设备结构外形、机械接口等很大程度上制约了航天器整体的总装布局优化工作,产生了大量附属的总装直属件,这不仅引起整个航天器重量的增加,而且给后续的电缆和管路走向优化设计造成障碍。文章通过借鉴“联盟号”飞船设计思路,提出了以赋形设计减少总装直属件的数量布局优化设计方法。

Abstract:In the domestic spacecraft development,the structure contours and the mechanical interfaces of various subsystems are the main challenges in the three dimensional layout designs of spacecraft.Various brackets to install various kinds of equipment in the spacecraft have to be designed.Consequently,the spacecraft would become heavier.Besides,the layout design of cables and pipeline is affected.Based on the analysis of the Soyuz spacecraft,a method of the contour matching design is put forward in this paper in order to reduce the number of fixing brackets.
