箱壳类零件视图表达的方法

本文对机器中箱壳类零件的视图表达提供一种方法。该法包含两部分内容:(1)利用本文介绍的“作用轴线”,将箱壳零件内部起主要作用的结构形状方便地用几个剖视图表达出来;(2)箱壳类零件实质上由四种“单元体”所组成,将单元体逐一表达清楚,就能把它们的内外形状表达明白。以上内容归结为“三步”法。这种考虑方式目前起着逐步以科学的表达方法代替经验表达方法的作用,且已显露出某些优点。此外,本文还对有关视图表达的若干问题提出了建设性意见。

A Method of View Expression for Machine Parts Such as Housing and Casing

A method is suggested in this paper for expressing views of such machine parts as housing and casing.This method includes two parts: (1)Aiming at the inne.r structure of housing and casing the author makes,with convenience,use of the conception of "acting axis" introduced in this paper to express through a few sections their structure form which plays an important role in the inner part,(2) Machine parts,such as housing and casing,virtually consist of four kinds of "unit body" and can be expressed clearly if only these unit bodie's are also expressed clearly one by one Synthesizing the above stated this method can be summed up into "three steps method".This way of consideration in accordance with the recent condition,is playing a role of gradual replacement of the experience expression with a scientific one,and such a way has already showed some advantages.In addition,the author has made some constructive suggestions on some problems regarding view expression as well.
