解耦算法在发动机推力矢量测量中的应用

摘    要:针对发动机推力矢量的特点和测量要求,在分析发动机推力矢量测试平台数学模型的基础上提出了推力矢量的解耦算法,可减少主推力和侧向力之间的相互耦合,提高推力矢量的测试准确度。经多次试验表明,解耦后测试系统误差明显减小。用该方法测量推力矢量参数的不确定度小于5%,可以满足推力矢量测试的需要。

Abstract:A thrust vector measuring platform is designed to measure the thrust vector of engine.According to the characteristics of thrust vector and the measurement requirements of engine,a decoupling algorithm method is made for the measurement of thrust vector based on the analysis of the mathematical model of measuring platform.The decoupling among three-dimensional thrust is reduced and testing accuracy is improved.The experimental results show that the error of the measurement system is reduced and the uncertainty of measurement of thrust vector is in 5% and it can satisfy the need of thrust vector measurement.
