柱塞泵保持架滑靴安装孔的设计及尺寸计算

摘    要:在对柱塞泵运动深入分析的基础上,运用坐标变换法和轨迹投影法,使用MATLAB软件,提出了保持架滑靴安装孔尺寸的形成原因及设计计算方法.该方法的优点是:所有的计算公式都为完整的理论计算公式,没有量的取舍;所有的计算结果都为实解,保证了所得的计算结果为真实的理论值.而且一次计算可以得到滑靴安装孔尺寸设计的所有数据.仿真结果表明:设计方法和尺寸计算是正确的.

Abstract:Based on in-depth analysis of the operation of piston pump with the methods of coordinate conversion and track projection via the help of MATLAB software,the dimensional formation of mounting holes in the holder slipping shoe were presented,and the design and calculation methods were developed,which has the following advantages: all formulas are calculated by integrated theory,no rounding numbers are required;all outputs are accurate solutions,ensuring that all the outputs are real theoretical values;all dimensional design parameters of mounting holes in slipping shoe can be obtained in one calculation process.The simulation results indicate that the design method and dimensional calculation are correct.
