Theory of the Gyrovibrator |

| Abstract: | After a short abstract of the theory for the gyroscope, the theory for the gyrovibrator,1 an angular rate-measuring device, is presented. It is shown that, in contrast to the theory given by Diamantides,1 the output signal and the natural frequency of the vibrating body depend on all three principal moments of inertia of the vibrating body. |
