| 摘 要： | 分别采用电磁场仿真软件HFSS和XFDTD仿真计算了不同电尺寸雷达目标的电磁散射特性,对仿真所得电磁散射数值进行分析,同时与理论值相比较,得出如下结论:HFSS适用于仿真计算电小尺寸目标的电磁散射特性,而XFDTD适用于仿真计算不同电尺寸目标的电磁散射特性。并利用XFDTD仿真计算了某型飞机随频率变化的电磁散射特性曲线,对于反隐身有很大的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The electromagnetic simulation software of HFSS and XFDTD are introduced to compute the EM scattering of the different electronic size radar targets,and the simulation results comparing with the theoretical numerical value are analyzed.It is concluded that the HFSS only suits for computing the EM scattering of the small electronic size target,and the XFDTD suits for computing the EM scattering of the different electronic size targets.Finally,computed by XFDTD,the EM scattering characteristic curve of a plane is obtained. |
