| 摘 要： | 杨贤江的“全人生指导”与职业院校的生涯辅导有着许多相同相似的方面,二者的意义尤为重大。然而目前职业院校的生涯辅导工作存在着许多不容忽视的问题。对此,本文就职业院校的生涯辅导工作的重要性和必要性、应有的涵义以及加强措施作了相关思考。

| Abstract: | "The whole life direction" of Yang Xian-jiang has lots of similarities to the career guidance of vocational colleges and schools, while the meaning of the two is much more unportant. At present, however, many problems lie in the field of the career guidance, which cannot be ignored. Therefore, this article makes corresponding thoughts on the importance, necessities, implications and effective measures as to the career guidance of vocational colleges and schools. |
